​Protestant Church in the Rhineland celebrates Leuenberg Sunday in congregations

In 2023 the churches of the Communion of Protestant Churches in Europe celebrate the great anniversary. In 1973, the Leuenberg Agreement was drawn up. Church congregations wishing to celebrate the Sunday of Oculi on 12 March 2023 as a special Leuenberg Sunday will be pleased to invite a member of the ecumenical department to the congregation to preach and help organise the service. The services can be celebrated together with other local CPCE churches (e.g. Methodists) and, where appropriate, in several languages. The contact for the services is Markus.Schaefer@ekir.de
